• Your practice details, including the name of the referring veterinary surgeon.
• A brief description of the presenting behavioural problems, outlining the key concerns you and the client have identified.
• The pet’s full medical history, which will help us understand any underlying health issues that may contribute to the behaviour.
• All relevant contact details for the client, including their name, phone number, and email address.

Upon receiving your referral, we will promptly contact your client to arrange a consultation. Once the session is booked, we will immediately inform you. Additionally, we will keep you updated on any follow-up care required to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan.
